Copy and activate report sender's settings via one click from a Github issue report?

I have been sometimes monitoring Adguard issue reports https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/issues and noticed that they usually contain a whole lot of different settings and filter lists that users have activated. I was wondering, if there could be a way for a report assignee to copy and activate report sender's settings from a GH issue report via one click ? That could save time and effort so that there would be no need for a report assignee to manually copy and activate all the settings the report sender has in order to reproduce the issue correctly.

I don't know how this could be implemented, but maybe the issue report in GH that contains all the settings, could also include some kind a "settings file" that could be clicked and it would duplicate all the report sender's settings for the assignee? Or some kind of "settings link" that could be clicked and it would do the same thing as the settings file?
