"Stealth mode options > Hide your IP address" is not properly explained, giving the impression it gives away reporters' IP addresses

While browsing through reports like the ones in `https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/issues?page=2&q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+%22Hide+your+IP+address%22`, I noticed the configuration info sometimes included textlines like `Hide your IP address (209.141.53.254)`, the wording of which made me think *"Wait, that can't be right? Are the AdGuard team revealing the IP addresses of issue reporters?"*

Only after doing some research did I realise the IPs were the pretend-IPs that users could enter manually (or default to a FranTech Solutions IP), and not their real IPs.

Just in case to avoid any one else out there getting confused by that, I propose that e.g. `Hide your IP address (209.141.53.254)` have its wording changed to `Hide your IP address (Presenting as 209.141.53.254)` or `Hide your IP address (Posing as 209.141.53.254)`.
