The Browsing Security setting doesn't seem to be reflected in web reports

Although the issue report in question is patently ridiculous and alt-right, `https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/issues/68560` seems to raise one valid argument if I understand it correctly (which it is *not* guaranteed that I actually do):

The *Browsing Security* setting, known from AdGuard for Windows/Mac/Android/Home/DNS, is not shown in any issue reports at all that I can remember having witnessed, thus it's not shown if it's turned on or off on the user end.

This made me even more confused by that one issue report than I'd otherwise have been, staring at the screen for 5min in confusion, until I realised he was presumably talking about Browsing Security blocking his darling site.
