The link issue of Web of Trust Scorecard for non-English/Russian/French users.

1. www.mywot.com only provides **English, Russian and French** interface.
https://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/vk.com
https://www.mywot.com/ru/scorecard/vk.com
https://www.mywot.com/fr/scorecard/vk.com

When users use other languages (non-English, non-Russian and non-French), users can't open the website of scorecard.
Ex:
https://reports.adguard.com/zh_tw/vk.com/report.html

The link of Web of Trust Scorecard will be:
https://www.mywot.com/zh_tw/scorecard/vk.com
404 - Page not found
That's an invalid link.

a. Please notify www.mywot.com to redirect to English website when users use English and other languages, except for Russian and French.

b. Otherwise,
For Russian users, AdGuard team set the link:
https://www.mywot.com/ru/scorecard/example.com

For French users, AdGuard team set the link:
https://www.mywot.com/fr/scorecard/example.com

For English and other languages' users, AdGuard team should only set the link:
https://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/example.com

2. Consider to modify the string on oneskyapp (Website / reports.adguard.com).
Report about %domain%
-> **The report** about %domain%

I know if "Report" is a verb here, it's ok in grammar.
Don't need to modify the string.
But it's more like a noun here in my habit.
So is "Report" a verb or a noun here?
