Update Hagezi DNS filterlist from gitlab mirror

### Explanation

The hagezi repo got locked by github fraud detection. See the post of the author: https://www.reddit.com/r/pihole/comments/1vk5kf7/comment/p2s3pkh/

Because of that, the AdGuard filterlist is stuck at 9th August. For example, Ultimate: https://adguardteam.github.io/HostlistsRegistry/assets/filter_49.txt

On the mirror, the list still gets update, e.g. Ultimate: https://gitlab.com/hagezi/mirror/-/raw/main/dns-blocklists/adblock/ultimate.txt

Could you please pull the updated list from gitlab as well so that the AdGuard mirror will not get outdated?
