### Your concern
The Parental control category "Alcohol, tobacco, drugs" is too overbroad in that it blocks pharmacy sites for prescription allopathy. Most parents wouldn't be considering _these_ the drugs they're wanting blocked. Like the blocks for "Adult content" vs "Obscene content", these need to be differentiated such that sites promoting vice drugs (harmful, addictive, &/or illegal substances for minors) can be blocked while leaving the rest available.
### Issue Details
1. Turn on this category while using personal AGDNS
2. Navigate to any site that provides info on drugs allowable for children to consume, e.g., drugs.com
### Expected Behavior
Such sites discussing legal non-vice medication would be functional.
### Actual Behavior
They're blocked.
