Add Fanboy's Anti-AI Suggestion List

### Problem description

AdGuard does not have a dedicated “AI Suggestions” filter available to users using the iOS or AdGuard Mini Safari extensions. AdGuard already bundles Fanboy’s Annoyance's List and similar Easylist Cookie and Social Widgets list. Adding support for the Anti-AI Suggestions List addresses both of the above.

### Proposed solution

Add Fanboy's Anti-AI Suggestion List as a user-enabled filter list option in AdGuard for iOS and AdGuard Mini.
