Format support for or integrate contents of native browser blocklist(s)

### Problem description

Browsers have internal blocklists that might leak privacy, be incompatible to, or duplicate functionality of AG, so users should probably disable the native support for that.

### Proposed solution

Would @AdGuardTeam consider:
- ( ) integrating support for browser blocklists in AG?
- ( ) failing that, automatically import the content blocks from, e.g., these, into the appropriate AG list(s)?, e.g.,

- [ ] Chromium: https://github.com/chromium/chromium-ads-detection/tree/master/third_party%2Ffilter_lists. (There's a `latest` link there that seems like it'd be useful, but apparently isn't updated consistently? Or maybe I don't understand their semver? Latest commits should tell what's what.)
