Consider provide optimized version of `2_without_easylist.txt`

### Problem description

The network transferred size (after gzipped) of `https://filters.adtidy.org/extension/ublock/filters/2_optimized.txt` (AdGuard + EasyList), is 565 KiB.

The network transferred size of `https://filters.adtidy.org/extension/ublock/filters/2_without_easylist.txt` is 1.1 MiB, which is about 2x of `2_optimized.txt` even without EasyList entries.

### Proposed solution

Add `_optimized` version for `2_without_easylist` as well (what about `2_without_easylist_optimized.txt`?).
