Yandex Browser may route traffic from its own (and likely its partners') websites through a tunnel. At the same time, the website filtering does not work.

Figure out if it is possible to filter websites in this case without blocking the `tech1-cdn.com` domain.
When this domain is blocked, traffic goes directly through and is successfully filtered.
