Consider adding the "AdGuard French filter" list

Hello,

Would it be possible to add the [AdGuard French filter](https://kb.adguard.com/en/general/adguard-ad-filters#french) list (and make it the default list for French too instead of the current one, ideally)?

**REMARK:** It would also be ideal to do this for a better consistency of the user experience between the various platforms, IMHO (see below). _This remark can actually apply to all other languages as well_.
