Reporting tool auto fills wrong url and filters are missing

### Issue Details

- **AdGuard version:**
- AdGuard for iOS v4.3.0
- **Device model and storage size:**
- iPhone 13 Pro 128gb
- **Operating system and version:**
- 15.1.1

### Expected Behavior

Url should be auto filled correctly and filters should also be selected automatically as in previous version.

### Actual Behavior

Url in reporting tool is the reporting tool url itself and filters aren't selected automatically.
