Description
I noticed that whenever I connect an iOS device to my lightning to Ethernet adapter, I have to manually disable then re-enable Adguard in order to get the network working again.
Please add support for detection of Ethernet interfaces for adapters such as the [Amatage Lightning to RJ45 Ethernet LAN Network Adapter](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07NW9HSL7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)
