AG browser assistant can't start with Zen browser

### Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on extension icon in the tool bar or open context menu
2. Says protection is paused in both cases and asks to resume it.
3. Clicking resume does nothing

I have tried reinstalling both the extension and the desktop app and nothing works
