Using NetShare causes what AdGuard cannot filter any traffic

### Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
1. Install NetShare app on a Android device with a mobile cellular.
2. Configure NetShare connection on Windows.
3. Make sure that route your all Windows traffic to NetShare tunnel configured on the Android device.
4. Visit any website.

### Expected Behavior

_No response_

### Actual Behavior

AdGuard for Windows cannot filter any website.
