Description
### Issue Details
As with the AdGuard Browser extension, we can refresh the web page more quickly and easily by adding a `Refresh` button in the filtering log. I think it would be easier to check requests in the Filtering log after the page is refreshed.
### Proposed solution
Add a `Refresh` button to the Filtering log like in the AdGuard Browser extension.
