Description

### Issue Details

#### First-run initial setup (Setup Assistant)
When the user is guided through setup, they are asked to enable "Phishing and malware protection".
- They are never asked to enable "Help us with Browsing security filters development" and cannot do so until they manually visit the Security tab in Settings.
- There is no ability to enable "⭐️ Recommended" Security filters, like in the Stealth Mode tab, and can only subscribe to them via the Filters tab.

#### Security tab in Settings
When the user views the Security tab in Settings, they have the option to enable or disable "Phishing and malware protection" and to enable "Help us with Browsing security filters development".
- There is no ability to enable "⭐️ Recommended" Security filters, like in the Stealth Mode tab, and can only subscribe to them via the Filters tab.

### Proposed solution

#### First-run initial setup (Setup Assistant)
When the user is guided through setup in the "Browsing security" section, rename this section to "**Security**", and provide three checkboxes with the following changes:
1. Rename "Phishing and malware protection" to "**Browsing security**" to let the user know this is a special module provided by AdGuard and is seperate from filters altogether. Provide the updated tooltip to match what is said in AdGuard for Windows: "_The Browsing Security module protects you from malicious and phishing websites. It won't let you install malware or become a victim of fraud._". It will also [match the same naming](https://adguard.com/kb/general/browsing-security/) convention as AdGuard for Windows and AdGuard for Android.
2. Add "**Send anonymised security-related data**" to match the naming convention of the newly added "Send anonymised app usage data" during new initial setup and in General tab.
3. Add "**Use recommended security filters**" to automatically subscribe to all "⭐️ Recommended" Security filters that AdGuard has marked.

#### Security tab in Settings
When the user views the Security tab in Settings, provide three checkboxes with the following changes:
1. Rename "Phishing and malware protection" to "**Browsing security**" to let the user know this is a special module provided by AdGuard and is seperate from filters altogether. Provide the updated description underneath to match what is said in AdGuard for Windows: "_The Browsing Security module protects you from malicious and phishing websites. It won't let you install malware or become a victim of fraud._". It will also [match the same naming](https://adguard.com/kb/general/browsing-security/) convention as AdGuard for Windows and AdGuard for Android.
2. Rename "Help us with Browsing security filters development" to "**Send anonymised security-related data**" to match the naming convention of the newly added "Send anonymised app usage data" during new initial setup and in General tab.
3. Add "**Use recommended security filters**" to automatically subscribe to all "⭐️ Recommended" Security filters that AdGuard has marked. Include a short description like the other entries to explain what this means. This will be the same behaviour and presentation as other checkboxes within Settings, such as "Block trackers" in Stealth Mode auto-subscribing to the AdGuard Tracking Protection filter.
