AdGuard protection fails to start automatically after reboot

### Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
1. Restat the mobile phone
2. Wait for the Adgiard to open
3. And the protection is enabled

### Expected Behavior

_No response_

### Actual Behavior

The Adguard closes it automatically without any notification also when ever I try to restart the mobile it restart and the adguard didn't activate until I Open the app
