### Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
1. Just look in the notifications, at AdGuard's permanent counter
2. You'll notice that, after 1k, if Adguard blocked 1.5k ads for example, the notification would automatically round the number to 2k or, the opposite, to 1k.

### Expected Behavior

Show the full count, no approximations.

### Actual Behavior

The number of ads is rounded in the notification if there are over .5k blocked.
