Description
### Issue Details
In Android system when there is no default browser - on some Android systems, links are opened by default in the first browser from the list of browsers on the device, so links are opened in the Private browser when there is no default browser
### Proposed solution
Add "Disable browser from system" function so that links are not opened in Private browser if default browser is not available
