Filtering log (Recent activity): indicate historical vs actual state

### Issue Details

Working with the filtering log requires adding & removing new rules all the time, i.e. experimenting a lot. A request may be "green" in the log, but I changed the user rules recently so new similar requests will be "red" (blocked). Additionally, when I add a new rule from the filtering log itself, it is not indicated anywhere.

### Proposed solution

We could indicate with colored "dots" in the log if there's any difference in the "historical" and "actual" state of an event.
