Blocked redirects opens in new tab.

Whenever it blocks a redirect ad, it opens a notification page to another tab that says a redirect has been blocked, putting me out of the tab that I was previously in. Would prefer if I can just focus on my tab without getting redirected out of it which is the point of why I wanted the redirect ads blocked.
