no way to stop ad gaurd from showing a "Access blocked by AdGuard" web page when blocking new tab redirects

### Issue Details

when clicking in a page, naturally sketchy site has redirect to random scam/ad page or wtv, adgaurd blocks it but then it still opens a page telling me it blocked it.

### Proposed solution

I still want it to block em, id just like a way to silence it so I dont see it happening and it interupting me.

### Alternative solution

dont really know an alternative, but I can understand on a technical level if you cant tell when going to the blocked page was a redirect, but at least having a setting to automatically close blocked pages would be nice.
