Specify JSON configuration settings using Google Admin Console

### Issue Details

I am looking to deploy the AdGuard Chrome Extension to our fleet of Chromebooks using Google Admin Console, but I need a way of specifying how the extension should be configured rather than configuring them all manually.

Google Admin Console allows you to specify a JSON file for a Chrome Extension, and I can export the config I want into a JSON file, but there is no option to specify the JSON for this Extension in the App Management part of Google Admin Console.

### Proposed solution

After checking with Google Support, they report that the Extension needs to be changed to include this functionality as it is a shortcoming with the Extension not GAC.
