* Add badfilter rule for blocking rule
`://promo.$~media,third-party,domain=promo.yoomoney.ru,badfilter`
=> link is blocked

* Add badfiltering rule for exact rule:
`://promo.$~media,third-party,badfilter,domain=~myshopify.com|~promo.com|~shopifycloud.com|~slidely.com`
=> link is accessible now.
