Steps to reproduce:
1. Install AdGuard Browser Extension within Brave Browser on Fedora 40
2. [Popup appears](https://welcome.adguard.com/v2/thankyou.html?mv3=true&utm_campaign=thank_you_page_mv3&utm_medium=background%3Fv%3D5.0.104&utm_source=browser_extension) to install AdGuard for Windows

### Expected Behavior

No popup appearing to install AdGuard for Windows on a Linux OS.

### Actual Behavior

Popup appears to install AdGuard for Windows on Fedora.
