Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a new tab and the filtering log
3. Go to https://pluto.tv/us/live-tv/5ba3fb9c4b078e0f37ad34e8 and wait for the website to load (need to wait a bit longer for Chrome stable version)
4. Sort the request by `Blocked`

### Expected Behavior

### Actual Behavior

New cookie request will be appearing in the filtering log and erasing the old ones
