Update AdGuard extension overview information in a clear and transparent way for end users.

### Issue Details

> Unmatched adblock extension against advertising and pop-ups. Blocks ads on Facebook, YouTube and all other websites.

It may cause many questions such as:

- I installed the extension, it does not block Youtube ads/Adblock warning!
- I installed the extension, I'm trying to block ads, and when I look again, ads are still showing up!
- I installed the extension, blocked the ad blocker window and the site is not working!
- I installed the extension, enabled all filters and still ads appear! etc.

Add a title to overview information with comprehensive and clearly understandable information about it according to the end user:

(For example: Make it clear so that end users can simply understand any issues and to direct the "report an issue > AdGuard Reporting Tool.")
