The language of filter names doesn't change when switching the browser language

### Issue Details

Prerequisites:
Browser language is set to Russian.

STR:
1) Switch the browser language from Russian to English and restart the browser
2) Go to https://stern.de/ and look at the log > the log will say 'German filter' in Russian.
3) Go to the extension settings > filter names will be in Russian
4) Click "Check for updates" and reload the page > filter names in the settings will be in English.
5) Open https://stern.de/ and the log again > it will say 'German filter' in English
