### Issue Details

The new notice showing when enabling a filter in annoyances filters is really annoying. Is it possible to make an option to disable it?

### Proposed solution

As above, an option (maybe in the additional settings section) that completely disables these alerts.

### Alternative solution

Maybe completely remove the alerts or move them to a banner above the filters or a popup that is only shown the **first time** the annoyances filters are touched.

Also, this notice really necessary? Using an adblocker is a violation of the ToS of some services, and many people do not read privacy policies. (Personally, I care more about them than I do about the ToS of most websites I visit. Banning my account is the worst action a website can take, and usually I don't even have one or don't care about what happens with it). In my opinion, a banner saying that 'AdGuard is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of its annoyances filters' (maybe with a read more link/button) above all filters would be enough.
