STR:
1) Disable all filters and add `/reklam-` to the user rules
2) Open a new incognito tab
3) Open the filtering log on this tab and go to https://techolay.net/sosyal/konu/reklam-engelleyici-kullanmak-ahlaki-olarak-dogru-mu.6125/
4) Check whether the user rule is in the log
5) Refresh the page by pressing Ctrl-F5 and check the log again
6) Refresh the page by pressing F5
7) Replace the user rule you added with `@@/reklam-` and follow steps 2-6 steps again
