Related to - https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/issues/162515
User claims that on some websites ping is higher and upload/download speed is lower than it should be.

I can reproduce issue with ping on [https://test.mm.pl/index-fp.html](https://adguardteam.github.io/AnonymousRedirect/redirect.html?url=https%3A%2F%2Ftest.mm.pl%2Findex-fp.html)
Issue occurs with extension for Firefox and to reproduce it is necessary to enable `AdGuard Base` filter (I cannot reproduce this issue with AdGuard extension for Chrome).
I know that the ping result can depend on several factors, but I have checked it out few times and with AdGuard for Firefox enabled, the result is usually between 20-30 ms, but with AdGuard disabled it's about 7-11 ms (in my case the difference is not as big as in the case of the second screenshot from https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/issues/162515#issue-1912233397).

### Expected Behavior

AdGuard for Firefox should not affect internet speed tests results.
