### Steps to reproduce:
1. Open any webpage
2. Open the extension popup and click update button
3. Click 'Block ads on this website' before notification disappeared

### Actual behavior:
Notification won't disappear until you refresh the page: https://uploads.adguard.org/annrgy_lmhi9.mp4

### Expected Behavior

The update notification should disappear or the page should be refreshed after adding the rule via 'Block ads on this website'
