Have the Go Back button close the tab or open the home page if a blocked one was opened from mail or another source

When clicking malicious links in emails or messengers, the Go Back button on the blocked page does nothing.

### Proposed solution

Consider making it close the tab or go to the home page.

### Alternative solution

Detect if there's a page to go back to, and if there's none, rename the button to `Close` and have it close the tab.
