Trovo can't hide ANNOYING banners

### Issue Details

When i'm trying to block this ANNOYING banner, it blocks inly as active state. When i'm clicking to the bottom of stream, it appears again.

After all, i'm trying to block this again but banners disappear when i'm clicking on it in adguard blocking mode:

**Suggestion:** add possibility to block element by long hover mouse above it
