### Issue Details
Now the promotion of mobile apps in the pop-up cannot be disabled in any way, and this is annoying. I bought a license for many of your apps (including mobile ones), and I don't need this ad.

### Proposed solution
Add an option to Additional settings to disable promotion of mobile apps in a pop-up, just like you made it possible to disable showing information about the full version of AdGuard.
