Disable unused language-specific filters

Improvement of auto-enable language specific filters feature.

As you know, when users enter any foreign website, language-specific filters are automatically activated and remain that way. And this can sometimes cause websites in other languages to block useful items.
When auto-enable is on, it needs to set an expiration date on the activated filter and refresh it every time a page in that language is opened.
Example: Let's say you entered a Turkish website and the filter was activated, a date will be added to this filter for 1 week and after 1 week if a Turkish website is not entered, this filter will be disabled.
