Logo changes from green to gray on every page refresh

### Issue Details

- **AdGuard version:** 4.0.163
- **Browser and version:** Chrome 100 / Firefox 99.0.1
- **Operating system and version:** Win10 21H2
- **Filters you use in AdGuard:** AG Base, AG Social, AG Annoyances, AG Tracking Protection, AG URL, AG Turkish

- **Stealth Mode settings:** Send Do-Not-Track header, Strip URLs from tracking parameters

Focus on the AdGuard logo in the gif. Logo changes green then gray on every page refresh
This is an AdGuard bug that didn't happen in the previous (3.6.17) version.
It can also be reproduced in the `Chrome` browser.

### Steps to reproduce:

- Go to any website and disable the protection
- Look at the logo while constantly refreshing the page with F5.
