【Dropped Feature Request】Please add back the last update time (beside the checking time) of filters

The version 4.x is a so amazing upgrade since version 2.x.

However, There is a small feature that was changed in version 4.x.

In version 3.x of the browser extensions and earlier, plus the desktop and mobile apps, the update time (not the time of checking) of every filter will be shown after update checking. **That was the time when a filter was modified or updated.**

Nevertheless, the version 4.x will only show the time when the user or (the extension itself) checked the filter update! Although the time of checking would be useful in some cases, the update time would be always more useful in most cases. I can easily know if a filter was updated by checking the update time. The checking time can tell me nothing.

### I strongly recommend you to add back the update time of filters. I believe many people would need it.
