Add support for DNS syntax or conversion of DNS rules

### Issue Details

- AdGuard Extension 4.0.125 Beta
- **Browser and version:**
- Firefox 97.0.1
- **Filters you use in AdGuard:**
- Custom Filter (Only)
- **Stealth Mode settings:**
- Disabled
- **Other browser extensions:**
- None, just AdGuard.

### Expected Behavior

My custom filter [HERE](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/bkrucarci/turk-adlist/master/hosts).
AdGuard extension should block elements which has the rules in the host (IPv4) based custom filters (Check screenshots)

### Actual Behavior

My custom filter [HERE](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/bkrucarci/turk-adlist/master/hosts).
AdGuard doesn't block the element which should be blocked by the rule in custom filter.

I added my filter to AdGuard's custom section. Attention! it is the only filter enabled. Filters even didn't count.

Go to google.com.tr
AdGuard doesn't block the adservice which is already in the custom filter mentioned above.

I have uBlock Origin with the same setup. Only the custom filter enabled.
