Add shortcut actions to the browser action: disable JS/Fonts/Images/etc

Similarly to Ublock we should add such feature allowing users to customize scripts, fonts, etc.

- It should be one of the options available once you click on the extension or in the browser context menu to make it more accessible.
- It can also be implemented as a shortcut in "user rules" tab, allowing user to create their own filter rules.

There should be option "Disable Javascript on all sites" and ability to block it for a particular webpage.
