https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/issues/76464#issuecomment-791286861 it seems that JS rules or scriptlets don't work properly in the extension as they do in the app if you visit the website in the Incognito mode. That's why you got a popup.
I will move this task to another repo.

This can also be the case if you visit the site without this mode. The above post is a step to reproduce it for developers.
