AdGuard Home Integration

### Problem Description

Integration mode does not work with AdGuard Home.

### Proposed Solution

Please add integration with AdGuard Home. Auto-detecting of AGH on the network would be nice but manually specifying the IP address and port would also be fine, and would likely be necessary for people running AGH on a VPS or similar.

### Alternatives Considered

Perhaps make a new, derivative extension purely as an AdGuard Home companion? This seems silly when you already have a browser extension with integration mode, though.
