Adguard VPN disconnects all connections to servers after I log out and log in as my Windows user.

### Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
1. Working Adguard VPN with connected by any servers
2. Block Windows user and log out
3. Log in , enter Windows user and go to Windows desktop and Adguard VPN disconnects

### Expected Behavior

_No response_

### Actual Behavior

Adguard VPN disconnects all connections with servers after I log out and log in as my Windows user.

That bug should be a Highest priority, cuz it reveal a real IP and open traffic!
