The current error message is not obvious, and sends the user down a long path to solve the problem.

### Proposed solution

Detect running the installer instances and warn about it in an error message.
For example like in MS apps

> Another installation is already in progress. Complete that installation [before proceeding with this install]

> Уже запущен другой процесс установки. Завершите предыдущую установку [, прежде чем продолжать эту установку]
