AdGuard VPN is not showing the fastest location

### Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open AdGuard VPN
2. Connect to any location that is not on the 'Fastest locations' list
3. Disconnect and check if the fastest locations are present in the 'Fastest locations' list (you can compare them to other locations on the list)

### Expected Behavior

_No response_

### Actual Behavior

Not all fastest locations are present
