### Issue Details
Now when i disable integration mode in VPN, VPN turns off and AdGuard continues to work.
### Proposed solution
When i disable integration mode in VPN, the blocker must be turned off and VPN must continue to work. Also if you turn off integration mode in AdGuard, VPN must be disabled and AdGuard must continue to work.
