nightly 1.1.101

### Environment

- OS:
OpenWrt 23.05.4, r24012

### Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
Start speed measurement.

### Expected Behavior

The speed is expected to be 100mbps

### Actual Behavior

In practice the speed is 15 Mbps
