Doesn't reconnect on Fedora 44 KDE after sleep

### AdGuard VPN CLI version

AdGuard VPN CLI v1.8.1-rc.1

### Environment

-Operating System: Fedora Linux 44
-KDE Plasma Version: 6.7.5
-KDE Frameworks Version: 6.29.0
-Qt Version: 6.11.2
-Kernel Version: 7.2.4-200.fc44.x86_64 (64-bit)
-Graphics Platform: Wayland

### Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
1. Login in To Fedora 44 KDE
2. Connect to VPN CLI
3. Put system to sleep
4. Wait a few minutes
5. Wake up the PC
6. Log back in

### Expected Behavior

_No response_

### Actual Behavior

When logging back into Fedora after sleep, VPN CLI should reconnect but if I wait or open the console and try to reconnect it says it VPN timed out. So I have disconnect and reconnect.

This happened on the 1.8.1-rc.1 update. It worked fine before that.
