A native DNS implementation in AdGuard Mini for macOS

### Issue Details

A native DNS feature in AdGuard for macOS, similar to the iOS app, would remove the need for custom profiles and allow easy DNS switching with network-specific rules. Currently, a DNS block on a new network, like your work network, disconnects your internet unless you delete the AdGuard DNS profile.
